Meet The Team

Founder & CEO
The agent of change always comes from within—and we all have the infinite wisdom to heal and enhance our life. With psychodynamic therapy, we simply nurture that journey and create a safe space to help facilitate your own understanding. Observing the influence of different mental and emotional patterns can be incredibly powerful for personal growth.
Whether it’s managing anxiety or depression, or navigating other traumas, I’ve found psychodynamic therapy to be a powerful framework. Establishing a connection based on trust with my clients is an absolute must for real and meaningful progress.
The most important piece of the “therapeutic puzzle” could be described as unlocking a sense of shelter and trust. Recently, I’ve integrated Brainspotting into my practice, which utilizes the client-therapist relationship, along with focused mindfulness, to promote healing in a deeper way than talk therapy alone.
